# Unstake your LSTs

### 1. Enter [Eigenpie](https://www.eigenlayer.magpiexyz.io/restake) <a href="#id-1.-enter-eigenpie" id="id-1.-enter-eigenpie"></a>

### 2. Connect your Wallet <a href="#id-2.-connect-your-wallet" id="id-2.-connect-your-wallet"></a>

* Hover to the top right corner of your page and connect your wallet

### 3. Navigate to the "Restake" tab <a href="#id-3.-navigate-to-the-restake-tab" id="id-3.-navigate-to-the-restake-tab"></a>

### 4. Select a pool to unstake your ETH LSTs <a href="#id-4.-select-a-pool-to-restake-your-eth-lsts" id="id-4.-select-a-pool-to-restake-your-eth-lsts"></a>

## 5. Approve the unstaking of your LSTs from Eigenpie

## 6. Unstake your LSTs from Eigenpie

* Users must request to unstake before being able to withdraw their assets, following an escrow period of 8 to 16 days.

## 7. Withdraw your LSTs from Eigenpie

* After the escrow period is completed, users can withdraw their LSTs to receive their corresponding assets
* Users can check the "Withdraw All" check box to withdraw all their assets
