# Unstake your LSTs ### 1. Enter [Eigenpie](https://www.eigenlayer.magpiexyz.io/restake) ### 2. Connect your Wallet * Hover to the top right corner of your page and connect your wallet

### 3. Navigate to the "Restake" tab

### 4. Select a pool to unstake your ETH LSTs

## 5. Approve the unstaking of your LSTs from Eigenpie

## 6. Unstake your LSTs from Eigenpie * Users must request to unstake before being able to withdraw their assets, following an escrow period of 8 to 16 days.

Select the amount of assets to unstake and press "Unstake"

## 7. Withdraw your LSTs from Eigenpie * After the escrow period is completed, users can withdraw their LSTs to receive their corresponding assets * Users can check the "Withdraw All" check box to withdraw all their assets

Press "Withdraw" to receive your LSTs in your wallet
